What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are looking for a cleaning professional to join our team! This position would be a great fit for an experienced cleaner who has a valid driver's license and is qualified to drive the company vehicle to commute to various job sites on each shift. This is an evening/night position and will start at 5pm with an end time ranging from 9pm to 1:30am every Mon-Fri. This position currently averages around 32-35 hours per week and will not work weekends. Job duties will include general building cleaning such as emptying trash, dusting and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning kitchens and restrooms and vacuuming sweeping/mopping floors. Job specific training will be provided. A qualified candidate would need to be physically able to work on their feet for the entire shift, squat and/or bend often and use their hands frequently. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, however we will respect a qualified candidate's wish to provide a 2 weeks notice to their current employer. A background check and live scan will be required due to the nature of the buildings this position will be responsible for.
