POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

): Alutiiq Logistics & Maintenance Services, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has opportunities forJanitors inRidgecrest, CA. A Janitoris responsible forperforming custodial servicesin order toensure that buildings and facilities aremaintainedin a safe and sanitary manner.

Will perform a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities within the government contract to include both routine maintenance as well as non-routine assignments. Basic Janitorial duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaningrestroomsand kitchens.

Additionalassignments may include floor care such as carpet cleaning, wax and buffs and spray buffs.

Buildings will bemaintainedso as tobe in compliance withcontract standards and present a clean sightly appearance.

Operating floor care machinery asrequired.

May berequiredto drive to outlying areas.

Regular customer interaction during performance of services.

Other duties as assigned by immediate Supervisor.

Payrate:

$23.25 Hourly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Ability tocomply withall safety requirements andwear personal protective equipment at all times.

• Ability tocomply withinstruction and direction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Applicant must have the ability to successfully pass a background investigation for both the company as well as the base.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance within90 daysof hire.
• Must have a valid state Driver's License.
• Alutiiq Logistics & Maintenance Services, LLCmaintainsa drug/alcohol free workplace.
• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Must be able to perform physical labor to include lifting and carrying a maximum of 50lbs.
