Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as sponges, rugs and scrubbers. Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols for storage, mixing, and disposal to ensure a secure environment. Conduct custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain sanitation standards. Operate vacuum cleaning machine. Support residential or commercial cleaning projects by applying proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility staff or visitors' cleaning requests and inquiries. Qualifications Proven janitorial or cleaning experience Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor mopps, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Ability to handle chemical agents safely following safety protocol adherence and chemical handling safety procedures. Physical capability to manual handling tasks regularly while practicing safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation and facility upkeep standards. Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset. Prior experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
