Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of janitorial personnel. Schedule staff assignments and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and facility areas. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, offices, restrooms, common areas, and designated spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved. Coordinate periodic deep-cleaning projects, floor care programs, carpet cleaning, and special event support. Complete administrative duties including schedules, inspections, reports, timekeeping, and work orders. Monitor quality assurance programs and implement corrective actions when deficiencies are identified. Support emergency response activities, including weather events, spills, and facility-related incidents. Perform custodial duties as needed to support staffing requirements and operational needs. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1-3 years of janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals. Ability to read and understand safety procedures, work instructions, and cleaning specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
