Full Job Description General Responsibilities:
A lead monitors and supervises a set of employees directly beneath them and reports their performance to their manager. The lead motivates and inspires the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of the team, and demonstrates flexibility. Specific Duties /
Essential Functions:
Directly oversees a team on a day-to-day basis. Direct activities of all personnel assigned assuring all maintenance is completed in compliance with established company policies and procedures. Promote a culture of safety by ensuring work is performed within company safety guidelines. Train personnel. Works in controlled environments where strict rules and procedures must be followed to prevent contamination. Wear specific cleanroom garments while working for safety purposes. Follows and executes client's cleanroom SOPs and documentation. Performs proper cleaning methods such as vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning all work surfaces/equipment, mopping of walls, ceilings, and floors within a structured time frame. Willingness to learn new concepts to understand cleanroom techniques and demonstrate proper cleanroom behavior fully always. Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift. Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday 7:00 PM - 3:30
AM Rate :
$24 per hour
Skills & Experience:
Cleanroom experience is preferred. High school or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Open availability:
Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift 35 lb, carry 12 lbs backpack vacuum as needed. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Compliance Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age. Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I-9 and E-Verify process Must complete pre-employment background check. (if applicable) Must complete pre-employment drug screen. (if applicable)
Work Environment:
Clean rooms, controlled environments and technical rooms that typically have positive pressure, are HEPA filtered, adhere to a clean working environment, and have specific ways to enter and exit the assigned work area. Gowns must be worn for the protection of the room and products. Temperatures are cooler than a normal office building with controlled humidity.
