Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of windows on various building exteriors and interiors, ensuring streak-free, spotless results Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to reach high or difficult areas Use appropriate cleaning solutions and tools to remove dirt, grime, smudges, and other residues from glass surfaces Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention and ensure safety protocols are followed during all cleaning activities Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale or complex cleaning projects efficiently Document completed work and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles with a focus on window or exterior building cleaning Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and safety practices Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with an eye for streak-free, high-quality results Excellent physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions Good communication skills for teamwork and safety reporting Willingness to learn new techniques and adhere to safety regulations at all times Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness that enhances the appearance and safety of our clients' properties!
