This is a physically active, fast-paced cleaning position. We're looking for someone who can stay on their feet, move efficiently from area to area, follow a cleaning routine, and complete quality work within the scheduled shift. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing a job well, and can work independently after training. Private school in Santa Clarita, after-hours What This Job Is Like This is an active cleaning position, not a slow-paced job. During a typical shift, you will spend most of your time walking, standing, bending, reaching, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, moving cleaning equipment, and taking out trash. You will also be expected to: Move efficiently throughout the building Maintain a steady working pace Complete assigned areas within the scheduled shift Pay attention to details without losing productivity Follow an organized cleaning route and checklist Work independently once training is completed Pace matters, but quality matters too. We are looking for someone who can learn how to clean thoroughly while becoming more efficient with experience.

Main Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

Taking out trash Replacing soiled trash liners Sweeping floors Mopping floors Cleaning bathrooms Cleaning toilets and sinks Cleaning high-touch bathroom areas Cleaning classrooms Cleaning offices and common areas Cleaning hallways Returning supplies and equipment to the janitor closet Locking rooms after cleaning Following cleaning checklists and company procedures Reporting issues, low supplies, damage, or safety concerns Arming the alarm system and securing the site before leaving What We're Looking For Cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not required.
