$16.90 per hour to $25.00 per hour - Pay rate varies depending on the county and location where coverage is needed
Weekly Hours:
Approximately 10 hours per week
Standby:
2 hours of standby pay from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM when required to be available
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with additional hours as needed
Transportation:
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
Mileage:
Mileage reimbursement is available when using your personal vehicle for work-related travel

(ECNB) is looking for a reliable and flexible On-Call Floater Janitor/Cleaner to provide coverage and support at various client locations. The Floater helps cover cleaning shifts when employees are absent, assists with additional cleaning needs, and helps ensure our client facilities remain clean, safe, and presentable . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is dependable, and is comfortable traveling to different locations and working different assignments. What You'll Do Cover janitorial and cleaning shifts when employees are absent. Work at different client locations as needed. Assist with additional cleaning needs and increased workloads. Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and replenishing supplies. Follow account-specific cleaning task lists and company procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality. Communicate with Supervisors regarding supplies, equipment, account concerns, or other issues. Follow all safety and timekeeping policies. Respond to authorized calls while on Restricted On-Call Duty. Report to the assigned location within the required timeframe when called in. Use reliable transportation to travel between assigned client locations when needed. What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Flexible and able to adapt to different locations and assignments. Previous janitorial cleaning experience preferred. Basic English and/or Spanish required. Able to work independently and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work. Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties and lifting up to 50 lbs. Willing to work different shifts and locations when coverage is needed.
