Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

About Us Cowan Cleaning Services is a locally owned and insured cleaning company proudly serving Tuolumne County. We specialize in residential cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, commercial janitorial services, move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleaning, and specialty cleaning projects. We take pride in delivering exceptional service with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Position Summary We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and enjoys helping create clean, welcoming spaces for our clients. Every day is different. You'll work in homes, vacation rentals, offices, and other commercial properties while representing Cowan Cleaning Services with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Clean residential homes, Airbnb properties, and commercial facilities. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas. Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Make beds and stage Airbnb properties. Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards. Safely use cleaning products and equipment. Load and unload cleaning supplies and equipment. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Report maintenance concerns or property damage. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and equipment. Qualifications Reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Strong attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person. What We Offer Part-time schedule. Paid training.
