Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Lead Cleaner ABM Industries - 3.1 Stanford, CA Job Details Full-time $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description The Lead Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. This position is for Lead is $22. per hour. High schedule flexibility required but most work is done between 6pm and 2:30 am, Monday to Friday with some overtime during the weekends. 40 hours of work, Full Time. Staff member should have prior knowledge and training to strip and wax flooring, carpet extraction, deep cleaning, polish and buff floors and much more. Expectations are that also regular cleaning is to be completed as needed.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Excellent attendance Self-starter with strong initiative Good floor refinishing and carpet cleaning skills. Solid history of building security procedures Demonstrated ability communicate effectively with the public, clients, employees and ABM Good history of following and enforcing company and client policies. Demonstrated ability to correct customer complaints immediately History of safe work practices Great organizational skills.
