A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

A REAL ID
is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent Basic math and communication skills Ability to communicate clearly with customers Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment Willingness to work days, evening, or overnight shifts as needed Ability to report to either our Union City or Burlingame office , depending on the assigned service area Preferred Experience At least one year of professional cleaning or sanitation experience Carpet and upholstery cleaning experience Tile and grout cleaning experience Natural stone cleaning experience Floor care or restoration experience Customer service and sales experience Previous industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service.
