Janitorial Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to train and supervise our cleaners and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across various commercial properties. This role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on janitorial and deep cleaning duties, including managing staff, covering janitors when they call in and overseeing cleaning operations. Responsibilities Supervise daily janitorial operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet company standards and client expectations Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to deliver consistent quality service Deep Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Stripping and Waxing, Etc. Perform regular inspections Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Foster a positive team environment focused on safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service Experience Supervisor or Management Experience Janitorial Experience Fluent in English and Spanish Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Experience with deep cleaning (carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing and window cleaning) preferred. We are looking for a dedicated supervisor, who is enjoys cleaning and working at night. This person needs to be honest, reliable, flexible and available when called upon.
