• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Think Clean Services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential spaces and commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The cleaner will ensure that all areas are spotless, hygienic, and welcoming for clients and guests. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties, including those listed on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. Handle laundry duties for bed linens, towels, bath mats, and other items, ensuring they are properly dried. Change linens and make beds in all bedrooms as needed. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other shared spaces. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors or clean carpets when required. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including tables, desks, and windowsills. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Restock essential supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety standards. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and accommodating special requests.

Skills:

Prior experience in cleaning Airbnb properties or hotels is preferred. Strong customer service skills for effective communication and addressing client needs. Familiarity with housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking essentials. Keen attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for linens and towels.
