Full-Time Position Overview Our client is a growing manufacturing company that produces durable rubber safety barriers using recycled tires. They are looking for a Janitorial Associate to help keep their facility clean, safe, and organized. This is a hands-on position that combines general janitorial duties with production-floor cleanup. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and versatile, with a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning throughout the facility Clean and maintain bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas Take out trash and dispose of waste properly Wipe down tables, countertops, equipment, and other surfaces Restock paper products, cleaning supplies, and other facility necessities Sweep and maintain production-floor areas throughout the workday Clean up rubber crumbs and debris generated during production Operate a floor-cleaning machine similar to a Zamboni to maintain clean floors Help keep work areas safe, clean, and organized while production is taking place Assist with various cleaning and general labor tasks as needed Be willing to move between different areas of the facility and help wherever needed Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Reliable and dependable attendance Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment Able to stay on your feet and remain active throughout the workday Willing to perform repetitive cleaning and general labor tasks Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Flexible attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization
