What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 18 years of age Valid Colorado driver's license may be required Criminal background check required for hire
Hours/Days:
8 hrs/daily Monday
•Friday 260 days Hours are typically from 2:00pm
•10:30pm, however may vary depending on district needs.
Salary Range:
$43,872
•$52,239 Salary based on experience Classified Salary Schedule Full-time benefits apply
