Full-Time Position Overview Our client is looking for a dependable Warehouse Janitorial Associate to help keep their facility clean, safe, and organized. This position is responsible for general cleaning and maintenance throughout a busy warehouse/production environment. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in keeping their work area clean, can work independently, and is comfortable performing physical work throughout the day. Responsibilities Clean and maintain warehouse, production, office, and common areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Empty trash and recycling bins Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and mirrors Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as door handles and shared equipment Stock and organize janitorial and cleaning supplies Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment Help maintain a clean and safe work environment Report unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to supervisors Assist with basic facility and maintenance tasks as needed Help keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris when necessary Perform other duties as assigned Requirements At least 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or similar cleaning experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment Must be comfortable working in a busy warehouse/industrial setting Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing may be required Must be comfortable working from ladders or lifts when necessary Ability to occasionally lift and move 50+ lbs. Must be able to work around loud equipment, warehouse traffic, and varying temperatures May occasionally work around greasy or slippery floors and other industrial conditions Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | $19.29/hour Overtime or weekend work may occasionally be required based on business needs.
