Sky5 Cleaning Systems, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Night Custodians to handle core cleaning and sanitation operations across secure, restricted-access facility zones in Denver. Working in a structured, assigned zone, your role is critical to resetting the buildings each night for state employees. We take our jobs seriously and pride ourselves on being a team you can trust. Key Responsibilities Restroom Sanitation:

Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and scrub multi-stall restrooms, including washing partitions and walls daily.

Waste Management:

Systematically pull trash, compost, and recycling from office spaces and transport them to outdoor dumpsters.

Floor Maintenance:

Sweep, dust mop, damp mop, and thoroughly vacuum carpeted spaces, removing localized spots/stains.

Surface Detailing:

Dust and wipe clean desks, chairs, file cabinets, handrails, and light switches according to a set weekly schedule.

Facility Security:

Ensure all designated office doors and perimeter entryways are safely locked and alarmed at the end of the shift. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and the safe handling of chemical agents. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other custodial tools is essential. Familiarity with heavy lifting practices and safe manual handling procedures to prevent injuries during routine tasks. Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence in a facilities maintenance environment. Customer service skills are valuable for interacting professionally with staff or visitors when needed. Highly organized and capable of following a strict daily and weekly frequency checklist. Must pass a standard criminal background check as required by the state contract. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work actively on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
