Job Summary:
Suck It Up Tile and Carpet Cleaning is seeking a reliable and dedicated Night Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position involves cleaning carpets in large commercial buildings during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will work independently or alongside one other technician, ensuring high-quality cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpet cleaning duties in various commercial properties. Operate cleaning equipment and follow all safety guidelines. Lift and move furniture and equipment as necessary (up to 40 pounds). Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Clean motor vehicle record required. Previous carpet cleaning experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Must be able to work in large buildings during nighttime hours. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
