Pay:

$17.00 per hour with weekly pay, paid WEEKLY!

Additional Availability:

Must be flexible to support occasional weekend and nighttime school events.

Position Summary:

FBG Service Corporation is seeking a dependable Evening Cleaning Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently as part of a supportive team. Essential Duties Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, hallways, entrances, and common areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors and carpeting. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners. Dust and wipe desks, furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces. Clean doors, glass, and frequently touched surfaces. Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies. Perform basic floor-care duties as assigned. Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and properly. Follow established cleaning schedules, safety procedures, and school security requirements. Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, and supply needs. Secure assigned areas at the end of the shift. Complete other janitorial and custodial duties as assigned. Qualifications Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. Reliable transportation to the assigned worksite. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
