This role is vital in ensuring a hygienic, organized, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. The contracted job only takes about 4.45 hrs a week or 53.4 mins a day. 5 x a week. Duties Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment, including: vacuums & mops Communicate to staff about restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times. Reporting repairs needed to management. Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to promote a clean and hazard-free environment. Skills Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently.
