General Duties and Responsibilities:

The Lead Porter will assist the Project Manager with managing the individual crew members. Experience with using Scrubber Machine and Carpet Cleaning preference. Responsible for inspection and quality control of work performed by employees on your shift. Responsible for assisting Project Manager with employee safety training, Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control of supplies and materials needed for the cleaning program. Responsible for managing employees effectively during shift and that all work is being performed to client and company standards Report to the Project Manager any employee relation issues, performance issues that occur on your shift Hold daily meetings with crew, provide updates, outline expectations. Complete necessary paperwork, including inspection reports, spill logs, radio logs, etc. Hands on 'working lead' position Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling. Frequent lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Requirements Previous janitorial supervisory experience Ability to work a flexible schedule

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
