ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Indoor and outdoor trash disposalSweep and scrub floorsClean up oil and pain spillsClean display floors, locker rooms, restrooms, and break areasClean garage doors, windows, technician work bays and exterior apronsClean warehouse thoroughlyClean various pieces of equipmentClean all company vehiclesClean and organize the tool roomLight maintenance workPerform safety cabinet audits including checking fire extinguishersAdditional duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES

Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of timeManual dexterity, fine manipulation, the ability to reach with hands and arms, the ability to lift up to 75 lbsAbility to regularly move items weighing 20 lbsMust be able to operate simple, complex and heavy-duty machineryNormal range of hearing and vision

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

High school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License and MVR in good standingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to represent the company in a professional mannerAbility to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment, pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screen

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Prior custodial or janitorial experience is preferred.
