Cleared Cleaner We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and professional individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Cleared Cleaner . This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary office buildings and secure facilities. Duties include cleaning offices, bathrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas while following all site security procedures and cleaning standards. This position requires an Active TS/SCI Clearance . Job Responsibilities Clean and sanitize office buildings and secure commercial facilities Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, counters, and floors Clean kitchens and breakrooms, including countertops, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators, and tables Empty trash and replace trash liners Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Dust desks, furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces Clean glass doors and interior windows Restock restroom and kitchen supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Follow all company cleaning procedures, safety policies, and security protocols Report maintenance, safety, or repair concerns to management Ensure assigned areas are completed thoroughly and on schedule Qualifications Active TS/SCI Clearance required Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and professionalism Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to follow site-specific cleaning checklists and security procedures Must consistently complete all assigned cleaning tasks according to site standards and client expectations Site-Specific Cleaning Checklist Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Restrooms Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, and counters Refill soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Mop and disinfect floors Clean mirrors and partitions Empty trash receptacles Kitchens & Breakrooms Sanitize countertops, tables, and sinks Clean exterior surfaces of appliances Sweep and mop floors Empty trash and replace liners Restock paper products and supplies Offices & Common Areas Vacuum carpets and entry mats Dust desks, furniture, and horizontal surfaces Sweep and mop hard floors Clean conference rooms and shared spaces Remove trash and recycling Spot clean glass and doors Security & Compliance Follow all secure facility access procedures Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in cleared environments Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment remain properly stored Immediately report security or safety concerns Schedule Full-Time Position Monday through Friday Evening schedules may be required depending on client needs Pay $38.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with 6% Company Match Paid Training Stable Full-Time Employment Supportive and Professional Team Environment Apply Today If you are a dependable professional with an Active TS/SCI Clearance and take pride in maintaining clean and secure environments, we encourage you to apply today.
