WELCOME! Peak Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for experienced residential cleaners to join us! We proudly serve both Colorado and Arizona , with our Colorado team completing approximately 50 Airbnb/vacation rental cleanings each day. Starting earnings are approximately $27-$30+/hr based on jobs completed , with the opportunity to increase to approximately $31-$38/hr within 60 days. Plus tips!

SCHEDULE

Flexible — cleaning opportunities are available 7 days a week.

HOURS:

Choose your availability — minimum 4 hours per day, at least 2 days per week. What You'll Do Complete turnover cleanings to prepare homes for incoming guests Perform post-guest inspections and report damage or missing items Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas Remake beds and handle laundry when needed (many properties use off-site laundry processing) Restock supplies and guest amenities Follow property-specific cleaning and staging instructions Complete a final check to make sure each home is clean, organized and guest-ready What We're Looking For We're looking for cleaners with at least 1 year of paid professional residential cleaning experience working in multiple clients' homes.

Your experience may include:

Recurring residential house cleaning for multiple clients Owning or operating your own residential cleaning business Professional residential cleaning services Airbnb or vacation rental turnovers Move-in and move-out residential cleaning Residential cleaning for realtors or property managers Because you'll be cleaning homes independently, we're looking for people who already understand professional residential cleaning standards and can confidently complete a quality cleaning without basic cleaning training.

Please note:

Experience in hotel housekeeping, commercial/office cleaning, janitorial work, caregiving, or cleaning only your own home or for friends and family does not meet the residential cleaning experience requirement for this opportunity. Additional Requirements At least 1 year of paid professional residential cleaning experience Reliable transportation to travel between cleaning locations Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Knowledge of residential cleaning products and techniques Comfortable following cleaning checklists and property-specific instructions Detail-oriented, reliable and dependable Able to complete accepted cleanings on time Able to successfully complete a background screening Airbnb/vacation rental experience is a plus, but it's not required if you have strong professional residential cleaning experience.
