Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Warehouse Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team in Kremmling, Colorado. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various facility areas. Handle chemical agents safely while using cleaning supplies and equipment, following all safety protocols and handling procedures. Operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and other custodial equipment to maintain floors and surfaces in pristine condition. Conduct sanitation of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure compliance with health standards. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, or painting as needed. Follow safety practices during heavy lifting and manual handling to prevent injuries and maintain a safe working environment. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and safety inspections to support efficient operations.

Position:

1st Shift Janitorial Office/Warehouse Shifts available: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm (part time)

Pay:

$20.00 Hourly.

WEEKLY PAY

Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning equipment including floor buffers and industrial cleaning tools. Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or residential painting is a plus. Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and adherence to safety protocols during manual handling activities. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
