LOOKING FOR

Residential Cleaner PAY:

Starting Pay is approx. $27-30+ /hr, within 60 days be eligible to get bumped up to approx. $31 to $38/hr

Duties:

Perform a post-guest inspection

• reporting any damage or lost items Provide a turnover cleaning
• preparing the home for incoming guests Remake beds and wash laundry (many properties are set up with off-site laundry processing) Restock supplies and guest amenities Finish with a final staging check
• making sure each home is in guest-ready condition

Requirements:

1+ Year house cleaning experience required (1+ year/s) Bonus points for vacation rental cleaning experience Have your own supplies and equipment Can pass a background check Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques Detail oriented Reliable and dependable Motivated and hardworking Positive attitude A love of cleaning!
