Job Description
Job Summary Our 30 year old company has a current Part-Time Janitorial Technician opening in the Silverthorne and Breckenridge areas. This position offers a very flexible schedule and is perfect for someone looking for additional income to make ends meet. Previous commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. You will be responsible for basic cleaning task I.E. trash, vacuum, dust, restroom sanitation, etc. to ensure our spaces meet the highest standards of sanitation and appearance. This is excellent pay for the time involved. Our work is done in the early evening and is very part time. Must be able to clear a back ground check and have reliable transportation. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums. Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures to ensure a secure environment. Conduct sanitation tasks including trash removal, surface disinfecting, and restocking supplies to uphold hygiene standards. Support additional requested maintenance activities or porter duties as needed. Experience Prior janitorial experience or custodial background is preferred; familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning environments is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures is highly desirable. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums is beneficial. Previous experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles will support success in this position.
