We are growing quickly and are looking for someone who can grow with us and potentially advance into a supervisory or team-lead position . This position includes residential housekeeping, move-out cleaning, office cleaning, commercial janitorial work, and other assigned cleaning services. The weekly schedule may vary depending on client needs, so flexibility is required.
Starting pay:
$20 per hour

Schedule:
Part-time with varying weekly hours and opportunities for growth
Responsibilities:
Complete residential, commercial, office, and move-out cleaning assignments Follow written and verbal instructions carefully Complete assigned work within established deadlines Manage time effectively while maintaining quality standards Communicate promptly with management regarding scheduling, delays, concerns, or questions Take before-and-after photos when required Use cleaning products and equipment safely Report property damage, safety concerns, or unusual conditions immediately Work independently and as part of a cleaning team Help train and support other employees as leadership responsibilities are earned
Requirements:
Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong communication skills Ability to respond promptly to calls and text messages regarding work Flexibility with weekly scheduling Ability to follow instructions without skipping assigned tasks Strong time-management skills Ability to work efficiently within deadlines Reliable personal transportation—applicants cannot depend on rideshare services or public transportation for scheduled assignments Ability to travel between assigned job locations Ability to communicate clearly in English for client communication, instructions, and workplace safety Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, vacuuming, and mopping Willingness to complete background screening when required for client properties
