A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Shift:
Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM (Ability to train on 1 st shift from 7AM-3PM for 3-4 weeks)Pay:
$19/Hour (+12 shift differential) = 21.28/hrPosition Overview:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a product preparation and cleaning role within a manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional janitorial position. The primary responsibility is cleaning and preparing products using chemical wipes and approved cleaning materials prior to transferring products to the production floor and preparing them for shipment. This role is ideal for candidates who work well in a fast-paced team environment, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in producing high-quality work with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Clean and prepare products using chemical wipes and approved cleaning methods Ensure products meet cleanliness and quality standards before moving to production Support shipment readiness to meet truck pickup and delivery schedules Handle products carefully to avoid contamination or damage Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members and production staff to meet daily priorities Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or cleaning experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Calm demeanor and ability to work well under pressure Team-oriented attitude with strong reliability and flexibility Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and protective equipment as required Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
