Job Summary Advanced Cleaners Services is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Hartford & Middlesex County. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial cleaning services Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, floors, and other assigned spaces Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists Handle cleaning products and equipment safely Pay attention to details and ensure every space is completed to our standards Communicate professionally with clients and team members Arrive on time and maintain a dependable schedule What We're Looking For Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job locations Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Training provided Opportunity for additional hours as the company grows Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to grow with a growing local company
