We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes pride in their work and is interested in a long-term position. This is a mobile cleaning position. Employees report to assigned client locations rather than one permanent worksite. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential.

COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES

Starting pay of $20 per hour Eligible for an increase to $22 per hour after successfully completing a 90-calendar-day introductory period Eligible for a $250 retention and performance bonus after successfully completing the introductory period Paid training Paid travel time between assigned client locations Reimbursement for approved business mileage between client locations and authorized company errands Opportunities for additional hours and advancement The 30-day review will consider attendance, punctuality, cleaning quality, efficiency, professionalism, communication, adherence to company procedures, and care of equipment and supplies.

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position with assignments scheduled during weekday morning, and daytime hours, and selected evenings. Days, times, locations, and weekly hours may vary according to client needs. Applicants must carefully review the schedule and be comfortable traveling to different client locations. Additional assignments may become available as The Sud Buds continues to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain different flooring surfaces Dust furniture, desks, windowsills, base trim, ledges, and other assigned surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Clean mirrors, glass, fixtures, counters, sinks, and high-touch surfaces Follow client-specific checklists and company cleaning procedures Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely Notify management promptly of damages, safety concerns, supply shortages, or client issues Complete assignments thoroughly and within expected timeframes Maintain professional behavior while working inside client facilities Protect client property, confidential information, keys, alarm codes, and access instructions

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable personal vehicle Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Consistent access to a working mobile phone Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to travel to Bristol, Torrington, Berlin, and Plantsville. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback Professional appearance and respectful communication Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods Ability to lift and carry approximately 30 pounds Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate
