Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Execute janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal with precision Conduct floor care activities including buffing, polishing, and basic maintenance to preserve surface quality Assist with custodial responsibilities like window washing, restroom sanitation, and supply replenishment Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to management Maintain cleanliness standards during scheduled shifts while adhering to health and safety regulations Use industrial cleaning equipment effectively for specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning or floor stripping Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and polishing enhances performance in this role Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures helps ensure a safe and efficient environment Previous porter or maintenance roles demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail Join us in creating spotless spaces that leave a lasting positive impression!
