In this role, you will be responsible for executing cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring all spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of our clients, making every space shine. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met across all areas. Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for floor care, carpet cleaning, surface sanitation, and outdoor work when required. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of supplies or equiptment while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct outdoor cleaning activities including trash removal, window washing, and dish/ pot washing to uphold exterior appearance. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and carpet cleaning techniques. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures to ensure effective hygiene practices. Ability to manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high quality standards. Strong manual handling skills with the physical stamina for heavy lifting. Experience in dusting, floor cleaning (including tile and hardwood), dish machine, and pot washing.
