Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Full Job Description Pay:

$21.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Choose one of the following shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Benefits:

Property Manager Job Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain common areas of commercial properties, including hallways, stairwells, and restrooms. Restock restroom supplies and monitor restroom inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Keep parking lots clean by removing litter and maintaining a neat appearance. Remove and control weeds throughout parking lots and exterior landscaped areas. Monitor and enforce assigned tenant parking spaces and reserved parking policies. Answer basic questions from tenants and provide friendly, professional customer service. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the Property Manager. Perform other general cleaning and property upkeep duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must live within 10 miles of Greenwich, CT . Must complete a daily check-in with the Property Manager by providing photos documenting completed cleaning tasks and the overall condition of the property. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous commercial cleaning or property maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Basic maintenance experience is preferred, or a willingness to learn. Occasional maintenance tasks may include changing light bulbs, touch-up painting, and other minor repairs as needed.

Pay:

$21.00 per hour
