What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Service Greeter/Porter The service greeter/ Porter assisting customers who are having their vehicles serviced. This is a fast-paced position in a busy service environment. Moving car out of service drive and pulling up finished cars for customer pick up. Picking up customers cars for service. Shuttling customers to and from the dealership. Skills & Requirements Valid driver's license, with good driving record. Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Must be at least 18 years old Environmental & Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 40 pounds A current valid driver's license and insurability rating is required.
