We're not a startup. We bring a large, loyal existing customer base, a dedicated marketing team, full HR/payroll support, and an operations team that handles scheduling and customer escalations — the infrastructure that most independent operators in this trade never get to have. We're looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience running or working in a power washing, soft washing, or related exterior services business
• May have their own equipment (we're open to purchasing equipment as part of an onboarding package)
• Has the knowledge and drive to grow a division, with the opportunity to train and lead additional technicians as the division scales
