What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

- Follow a planned daily service route while independently managing each service call from arrival through completion.
- Perform professional drain cleaning, cable work, hydro jetting, and sewer camera inspections for residential and commercial customers.
- Diagnose drain and sewer issues using specialized equipment and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Explain your findings and recommendations so customers understand both the problem and the proposed solution.
- Identify repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance opportunities through our Technician Recommendation Program.
- Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency service calls when needed.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in safe working condition.
- Work closely with dispatch to provide an exceptional customer experience.

- Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Lift equipment and work in confined or awkward spaces when necessary.
- Respond to occasional emergency service calls.
- Participate in overtime, weekend work, and on-call rotations as business needs require.
- Interact directly with residential and commercial customers throughout the day. Requirements Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- At least 21 years of age.
- At least two years of professional driving experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
