Fraser Commercial Services is hiring a full time cleaning technician for our New London area crew. We are a family run, veteran owned company and we have been cleaning commercial buildings in Connecticut since 1987. This job is a mix of general commercial cleaning and specialty work. Some days you will be doing regular cleaning in offices and commercial buildings. Other days you will be stripping and waxing floors, shampooing carpets, and cleaning windows. Every day is a different building. Never done this kind of work before? That is completely fine. We will train you from scratch, start to finish, on the clock. You will learn every machine and every method side by side with an experienced tech until you can do it on your own. We supply all the equipment and all the products. If you are dependable, show up on time, and take pride in doing a job right, we will teach you everything else.

What you will do:

• General commercial cleaning: offices, restrooms, break rooms, trash, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Strip, wax, scrub, and burnish commercial floors
• Shampoo and extract carpets
• Clean windows and glass, inside and out
• Keep the equipment clean and ready for the next job What we are looking for:
• Dependable and on time. This matters more to us than experience
• Able to work day and evening hours, 40 hours a week
• Able to do physical work: standing, bending, lifting, pushing machines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check What we offer:
