A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Be a part of our exciting team! We are looking to fill 1 Custodian position on 1st shift, 7am - 3pm.
Essential Duties:
Collect and transport trash and recyclables to compactors. Perform machine cleaning activities as assigned. Clean bathrooms, windows, office, and common areas as needed. Operate powered sweepers and floor scrubbers for floor cleaning. Maintain parking lots and facility grounds. Perform landscaping tasks, including pruning shrubs and trees. Assist maintenance technicians by cleaning work sites after repairs. Perform light maintenance tasks as directed. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and basic hand tools. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and stand for extended periods.
