Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards. Conduct laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as required. Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely while managing cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by sweeping, trash removal, and outdoor surface cleaning when necessary. Communicate effectively with clients or residents to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time efficiently to complete daily cleaning schedules while ensuring attention to detail in all tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or residential/commercial cleaning preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with various cleaning detergents, equipment, and tools used in professional cleaning environments. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus.
