Job Description:

Germ Slayers Cleaning & Maintenance Solutions is hiring an Evening Janitorial Technician for a State of Delaware facility in Georgetown, DE. This is a confirmed, ongoing position at one specific site, not a rotating or multi-location role, under a State of Delaware contract running through 2028.

Responsibilities:

Sweep, dust mop, wet mop, and vacuum floors (5x/week) Empty trash and reline receptacles (5x/week) Clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces (5x/week) Dust and polish furniture and fixtures (5x/week) Clean glass and windows (5x/week) Low dusting (2x/week) Quarterly machine floor scrubbing Follow building security, key control, and alarm procedures Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to Georgetown, DE Must pass required background screening (Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry) prior to first shift Ability to work evenings consistently, Monday-Friday Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required Authorized to work in the United States Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
