Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Custodian Location:

61 Corporate Circle, New Castle, DE 19720 Easterseals Delaware & Maryland's Eastern Shore is seeking a professional Custodian based in our New Castle, Delaware location. Key responsibilities for this role include; cleaning and disinfecting the building and performing light duty facility maintenance. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong attention to detail, identify as a self-starter, and be reliable. Qualifications:
