General Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Trash removal and replace containers with empty bags Service, supply and clean restrooms Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Use of chemical cleaners and power equipment Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned Requirements and Physical Demands Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Must have reliable transportation and follow the required schedule Required to talk and hear. Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Vision abilities; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This is an exterior property, must be able to work outside in all kinds of weather Various Shifts Available - Weekends is mandatory
