Use specialized cleaning tools and products to care for different surfaces, ensuring proper floor care and environmental safety. Follow established safety procedures and environmental guidelines during all cleaning activities. Complete routine inspections to identify areas needing attention and report any maintenance issues promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals in accordance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services within commercial or environmental settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and sanitation practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, vacuum cleaners, and floor scrubbers effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Familiarity with safety protocols related to chemical handling and environmental services is preferred.
