Minimum 1 year professional exterior cleaning experience required. Pressure washing, soft wash, window cleaning or similar, with a real company and prior employers we can verify. $25 to $35 per hour depending on proficiency. I'm looking for one person. Not a helper, not someone to train from scratch. Someone already proficient who I can build the field team around. What we actually do Cleaning is a task. Preservation is a relationship. A task ends. A relationship keeps going. We take care of the exteriors of luxury homes on this coast, year after year, so they stay clean, beautiful, and protected. Roofs, windows, pool decks, metals, walkways. We are not called out to fix a problem. We are the reason there isn't one. Who we serve Most of our homes are $4M+. Many are $10M+. We're in our third year and we've done more than 75 oceanfront projects. These families notice everything. Every time you're at their home or standing next to our truck, you are the company. Think of yourself as a groundskeeper at a private country club, or hotel staff working at someone's house. That's the bar, and you hold it for everyone on your crew. What you own The job. The client, the schedule, the property, all yours. Pay and where it goes $25 to $35 per hour, depending on what you can actually do. Show me you're already good and you start at the top of that range 25 to 30 hours per week now, moving to full-time as we fill the schedule Operations Manager, $70K+ per year, as we add a second and third crew Division Manager, $100K+ per year with benefits, as we open new markets Paid trial day, all equipment provided Those aren't someday jobs. You will be driving a truck with a 6x12 trailer through tight coastal neighborhoods. Not everything will go your way, and as the lead on site you're the one who figures it out.
