As a valued member of our property services team, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors, performing a variety of cleaning and general maintenance tasks that help keep our community looking its best. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties in assigned common areas of the property Clean and sanitize restrooms, common spaces, and other designated areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, remove trash, and restock supplies as needed Use and store cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment safely and properly Perform pressure cleaning of designated areas as required Assist with routine maintenance and general property upkeep Replace light bulbs and assist with basic lighting-related tasks Safely use ladders and lifts when necessary Identify and report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to management Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized condition Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform additional janitorial and maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, maintenance, or property services preferred Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and general maintenance practices Ability to safely use basic tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
