About Us Connect Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company that takes care of our clients' spaces, and our people. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants more than just a shift: a reliable role with real opportunity to grow into full-time work and, eventually, a leadership position. The Role You'll start out part time, cleaning one of our commercial contracts, with the opportunity to move into full-time hours as our business grows. We're looking for someone dependable who can work independently or step up to lead a small cleaning team. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided. You bring the work ethic and reliability. What You'll Do Work is primarily commercial, with occasional residential cleaning jobs as needed. Perform commercial cleaning duties (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and general upkeep) at assigned client sites Perform post-construction and final cleaning (debris removal, dust and drywall residue cleanup, window and surface detailing, floor prep) on construction and renovation sites Occasionally perform residential cleaning for clients as assigned Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards Work independently to complete assigned areas on schedule, or help guide a small team as hours increase Report supply needs, maintenance issues, or site concerns to management Represent Connect Cleaning professionally at client and job sites What We're Looking For Previous experience cleaning commercial spaces ( required ) Post-construction/construction cleanup experience a plus Valid driver's license ( required ) Comfortable with physical work and occasional debris/heavy cleanup on job sites Availability afternoons, evenings, and nights, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work Someone dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working solo or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done Ability to pass a background check Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $19/hour Performance bonus: based on punctuality, job quality, and uniform/appearance standards Supplies, equipment, and safety gear provided, no out-of-pocket costs Consistent, predictable schedule with room to grow from part-time to full-time A real path toward a team lead role for the right person A supportive company that values reliable, hardworking people
