We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing a job the right way. No professional cleaning experience is required. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we will provide the training you need to perform the job properly. As we continue adding commercial accounts, we're building a strong team that can take on current and upcoming assignments. Dependable team members may have opportunities for additional hours, more responsibility, and advancement as the company grows. What You'll Be Doing Depending on your assigned location, responsibilities may include: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Emptying trash and replacing liners Cleaning offices, break rooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces Dusting and wiping down surfaces Restocking restroom and facility supplies Following cleaning checklists and client-specific procedures Properly using cleaning products and equipment Reporting supply, maintenance, or safety concerns Making sure assigned areas are completed thoroughly and on time Assignments may include offices, schools, medical facilities, banks, retail locations, warehouses, hotels, and other commercial properties. No Experience? That's Okay. Previous cleaning experience is NOT required. Training will be provided. We're willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is whether you are: Dependable and punctual Willing to learn Able to follow instructions Detail-oriented Professional and respectful Comfortable working independently Someone who takes pride in their work Someone we can trust to show up when scheduled Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but it is not required. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $15-$16 per hour , depending on experience and assignment. We don't expect you to know everything on your first day. We do expect you to be willing to learn.
