Job Summary We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Technician to join our crew. In this role, you will be on the front lines of transforming outdoor spaces through professional cleaning and sealing. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, likes being outdoors, and can maintain a professional, friendly attitude with our clients.

Responsibilities Surface Prep:

Use professional-grade pressure washers to deep-clean driveways, pool decks, and walkways.

Detailing:

Clear debris, install specialized joint sand, and ensure surfaces are perfectly prepped for sealing.

Application:

Assist in the application of high-quality sealants to protect and enhance stone and paver surfaces.

Client Interaction:

Greet homeowners professionally, answer basic questions about the process, and ensure they are happy with the job site's cleanliness before leaving.

Equipment Care:

Set up, break down, and clean equipment daily to keep our tools in top-working condition.

Efficiency:

Work alongside the team lead to complete daily projects on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.

Skills & Requirements Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with both the team and our customers.

Experience:

Previous experience in pressure washing, landscaping, or construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Physical Strength:

Must be able to lift and carry 50-60 lbs (bags of sand, buckets of sealer, etc.) and move equipment throughout the day.

Florida Tough:

You must be comfortable working outdoors in the heat and humidity.

Reliability:

You need a valid driver's license and a consistent way to get to our shop located in Cocoa.

Attitude:

A "can-do" mindset and a sharp eye for detail.

$18.50 - $25.00 per hour
