In this role, you will deliver exceptional cleaning services for both residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring spaces are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Duties & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, deep cleaning, and surface sanitation. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded. Safely transport, operate, and maintain your own cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and janitorial tools. Manage specialized cleaning duties as needed, including client laundry (washing, folding, organizing), and outdoor tasks (window washing, patio cleaning, exterior debris removal). Responsibly handle cleaning detergents and chemicals following strict safety guidelines to protect yourself and client property. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific preferences and address any special requests or concerns promptly. Practice proper manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or equipment safely during deep cleans or move-in/move-out services. Maintain organized schedules through effective time management to complete all assigned tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 1+ years of prior experience in residential housekeeping or commercial custodial services.

Required Equipment:

Must possess and provide your own full set of professional-grade cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.

Insurance:

Must hold and maintain active General Liability Insurance (proof required prior to onboarding).

Transportation & License:

Must have a valid Driver's License, a reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.

Physical Capability:

Ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and continuous physical work safely throughout the workday.

Hands-On Skills Assessment:

Willingness to participate in a paid "walk-alongside" cleaning trial to demonstrate your cleaning techniques, speed, and overall standard of work before being considered for permanent placement.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 per week
